  Parco windows and patio doors are warranted against all
    defects in material as long as the original purchaser owns the
    property in which the windows are initially installed.

  Warranty is limited to 20 years on commercial window parts.

  Condensation is not a product defect but a result of excessive
    humidity.

  Natural wood products are not warranted against variation in
    grain, color, or moisture damage.

  The warranty does not apply to damage caused by installation,
    accident, fire, flood, explosion, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or
    other external forces.

  Warranty can be transferred for $100 paid to Parco
    Manufacturing, Inc.
