I cleaned my double-hung window, and now it won't work properly.

This is often the result of pivot bars coming out of the shoes. Our Double-Hung Sash Installation video shows you how to re-install the pivot bars into the shoes.

If a pivot bar was bent or broken you will need to replace it first. Replacement parts are available HERE.
