| Parco Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its vinyl replacement and new construction window parts against all defects in material or workmanship (including glass) for as long as the original purchaser owns the property in which the windows are initially installed. Condensation is not a product defect but a result of excessive humidity. Natural wood products are not warranted against variation in grain, color, moisture damage, or rot. The warranty does not apply to any damage caused by installation, accident, fire, flood, explosion, misuse, abuse, vandalism or other external forces. Claims under this warranty
