Parco's Exterior Coating Warranty

Since this is a specialized coating, the coating is guaranteed under normal conditions for a period of (10) years against weathering, specifically but not limited to "peeling or blistering from/on the applied surface and significant ultraviolet discoloration" (greater than six Delta E units) caused by natural environmental atmospheric conditions. Should the coating fail, due to product defect, Parco will apply a replacement coating, free of charge.

The warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:

1. If damage is caused by an external factor i.e. stucco leach, acidic washes, yard chemicals, hard tack tapes, blowing sand, etc.

2. Variation in finish due to minor touch up after windows are installed. (A small bottle of touch up paint will be provided with each order)

3. Any act of God.

The Warranty expressed herein constitutes the buyers sole remedy whether arising in contract, tort, products liabilty or otherwise and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
