Introducing 5 New Exterior Colors!

Parco's answer to industry demand is a series of AAMA tested, environmentally friendly waterborne coatings, which incorporate hardness along with flexibility, heat reflectance, and excellent color/gloss retention. Choose your color from a variety of stock colors or pick your own custom color.

After months of research and development, Parco has chosen this coating system for it's consistency in performance. The coating is mixed carefully with a cross-linking agent, which intensifies the hardness and durability. After the exterior of the window in primed and prepared, a series of coats are sprayed on the surface.

 

Exterior Coating Options

Stock colors are Earthtone, Bronze, Champagne, Brick Red, and Hunter Green.

We can also do custom colors. Simply provide us with a sample of the color or pantone number. There is a minimum purchase of six windows that applies when color matching.

Parco's Exterior Coating Warranty

Since this is a specialized coating, the coating is guaranteed under normal conditions for a period of (10) years against weathering, specifically but not limited to "peeling or blistering from/on the applied surface and significant ultraviolet discoloration" (greater than six Delta E units) caused by natural environmental atmospheric conditions.

The warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:

1. If damage is caused by an external factor i.e. stucco leach, acidic washes, yard chemicals, hard tack tapes, blowing sand, etc.

2. Variation in finish due to minor touch up after windows are installed. (A small bottle of touch up paint will be provided with each order)

3. Any act of God.

The Warranty expressed herein constitutes the buyers sole remedy whether arising in contract, tort, products liability or otherwise and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
